Although the anxiety symptoms test above is not, and does not claim to be a substitute for sound professional advice, it will give you an idea of whether you may be suffering from anxiety & panic attacks.

If you ticked 'yes' to just one of the anxiety symptoms test questions you could well be on the verge of becoming a victim of anxiety & panic attacks. If you answered yes to more than two anxiety symptoms test questions then you need to sit up and take notice. The time is now to do something about this potential problem before it worsens.

If you answered 'yes' to the anxiety symptoms test question about heart palpitations or shallow breath & sweaty palms then if you know you have no other underlying medical condition you are almost certainly suffering anxiety & panic attacks. Whether you realise it or not.

I know from personal experience just how disabling & potentially life threatening anxiety or panic attacks can be. I also know now that it doesn't need to be that way. I found my wife a quick and simple cure, but not from our doctor who was almost no help whatsoever.

Our doctor told us it was all in the mind and nothing could possibly happen. It's all well and good but trying to reassure my wife with his words in the middle of a busy junction in the midst of a panic attack was simply not possible.

I knew her life & my life (and others) were in danger if we continued to let these attacks get the better of her. We decided to fight back. If you answered yes to any of the above, you might have to fight back too.
